Robert Rabinowitz, founder and President of JH Darbie & Company, holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"), as well as numerous securities licenses including a FINOP, MSP, CROP and GP. Robert oversees both the investment banking arm and institutional and retail operations at JH Darbie & Company, and has helped finance and advise numerous companies in the private and public sector. Through his extensive professional network of both institutional investors and high net worth individuals, Robert has leveraged JH Darbie as an invaluable resource for companies seeking both domestic and international capital partners.
- Senior Investment Banker
Dan Harris Schneierson, Senior Investment Banker at JH Darbie & Co. has a long successful track record of raising money for private and public companies. Daniel has been the driving force in arranging financing for many public and private companies over the last decade. He served as a top financial consultant at Spencer Clarke LLP in the late 90's. Thereafter he served as President of DHS Capital, and Managing Director of Next Level Capital Inc., where he established a huge array of National and International Contacts with Leading Public and Private Equity Funds, some of which represent major Fortune 500 companies.
- International Business Development
Robert Levitz heads the International Department of Business Development at JH Darbie & Co., and has many years of experience founding and funding numerous ventures relating to import/export, backup and monitoring technologies. His many years of experience include managing multiple service related ventures, including the development of a unique method for remote monitoring of RAC systems, peer to peer back-up technologies, and internet payment systems. Robert received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and from Tel Aviv University.
- Corporate Relations
Edmund Zack brings years of experience to the Corporate Relations Department as a well-focused strategic coordinator, with a twelve-year record of success in administering multi-level network environments. He is currently involved in performing research and analysis on corporate markets, and in identifying unique financing opportunities for both privately and publicly traded companies.
- Data Analyst - Outside Consultant
Professor Joe Mendelson, Data Analyst, received his doctorate in biopsychology from MIT. As Professor of Psychology and Director of the Brain Research Laboratories at Rutgers University and The University of Kansas, Joe developed his unique approach toward profiling data sets to facilitate efficient processing and organization of key research variables. His research into psychopharmacology, addictive behaviors, perception, and the biopsychology of motivation and reinforcement was funded by grants from the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Mental Health. For the past two years he has been actively involved in seeking R&D funding for medical devices in the U.S. and Israel. At JH Darbie & Company, Joe applies his broad skill set to anchor the informational platform that functions as the interface between investment opportunities and funding sources.
- Patent Analyst - Outside Consultant
Chaim Scheff brings vast technology evaluation experience. As an in-house patent attorney, he has directed Intellectual Property Rights development groups for Tradeum Technologies (e-commerce), InSyst Intelligent Systems (semiconductor fabrication), and MagInk Display Technologies (liquid crystal displays). Prior to becoming a patent attorney, he was Director of the Mapping Section at the Israel Prime Minister's Office (Population Census Department); Senior Researcher at the Economic Research Corporation (NCRD 92-13); Digital Mapping Consultant at Litton Industries (Aero Services Division); Methods Analyst (Interdepartmental Projects) at Brooklyn Union Gas Co.; Systems Analyst (Facilities Mapping Systems - GIS) at Washington Gas Light Co.; and Industrial Designer at the Kobo Group. He has diplomas from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences, and from Northwestern University in Science Engineering and Technology (Industrial Engineering & Physics); and has certificates from Middlebury College, Gallaudet University, Harvard University, etc. He is presently a chartered Patent Attorney, a licensed Interdisciplinary Engineer, an Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Capital (Hochstein School of Industrial Management), a Patent Portfolio Consultant (01Patents Ltd), and an IPR Consultant (Business Ethics Center of Jerusalem); has ongoing professional activity in wireless telecommunications, consumer products, cardiology, and pharmacology projects.
